The Mauritius trade deficit narrowed 23.2 percent in November to 7.99 billion rupees ($264.13 million) helped by higher exports, official data showed on Monday.
The overall value of exports rose by 13.3 percent to 7.46 billion rupees as revenues from sales of machinery and transport equipment increased to 466 million rupees from 90 million a year earlier, Statistics Mauritius said in a statement.
