At least 15 Zimbabwean cities and towns will benefit from a $2-million government program to install solar street lights as the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority and local authorities in the capital Harare and other cities and towns replace conventional street lighting with solar lights.
“According to ZESA, the targeted cities and towns are expected to have solar street lighting by the end of August,” reports Star Africa.
